Dr. Efrem Castillo Appointed as Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations

Dr. Castillo brings extensive experience in leading healthcare transformation initiatives across major healthcare organizations.

Before joining Rendr, Dr. Castillo spent 20 years in senior leadership roles at Aledade, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare. He has a deep understanding of Value-based Care and a proven track record in reducing medical costs, improving care quality, and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to his career in healthcare management and operations, Dr. Castillo practiced as a family physician for 15 years, gaining significant clinical experience.
