Rendr's Executive Honored for Advancing Healthcare Equity

Modern Healthcare, one of the most influential healthcare media outlets, recently released its 2024 Diversity Leaders list, recognizing healthcare executives who have demonstrated a commitment to improving equity and inclusion. Shu Li, Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of Rendr, was named among this year’s honorees.

With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare operations and management, Li has been a strong advocate for improving healthcare access and equity for the Asian American community. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led Rendr in administering New York State’s first batches of COVID-19 vaccines to the Asian community. She has also played a key role in standardizing Rendr’s clinical services, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that patients receive care in their preferred languages.

In addition to this recognition, Li was recently honored with the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award by the Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC). This prestigious award celebrates Asian American executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who have made significant contributions to economic growth, industry innovation, and community engagement.
